John Cuddihy, the principal at ChariGov is a compliance specialist who has over forty years’ business experience and has been a charity trustee for the past decade. His Board involvement has focused on implementing strong governance structures, risk management processes, and public accountability.

He has more recently been involved with the implementation of the Charities Regulator Governance Code and Trustees Code of Conduct with charitable organisations. 

John is a Trustee of Wexford Rape Crisis Centre, The Irish National Heritage Park, and is a member of Waterford Wexford Educational Training Board Audit and Risk Committee (WWETB).

He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Trinity College Dublin, Professional  qualification in Data Protection from University College Dublin, and is a member of the Association of Compliance Officers in Ireland (ACOI) and The Wheel.
